The only way to understand our technology and product quality is to taste the products for yourself. We currently have representatives in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, New York, South Carolina, Texas, and are opening up new states all the time. Tasting is the best way to understand just how great a difference our TerrePURE process makes, as well as experience the wide variety of both standard and flavored spirits we can create for you. Contact us to schedule a tasting in accordance with your state’s alcohol laws. We sponsor events, both large and small, across the country each year, so will likely be in your area sometime soon.

After you have tasted and decided to create a line of spirits with us, the first step is to ensure your brand is available for trademark protection (registration) in the various alcohol categories. Our in-house counsel can do all of the required searches and applications for you, for a very reasonable fee, or you can have your preferred attorney do it.

Trademark protection ensures there are no issues, current or future, with the brand you create with us. This step is the only part of the process that carries a fee, however it is optional. Despite it being optional, we strongly recommend you complete this step!

The next step is to determine which type of spirits you would like to offer. We will consult with you on what currently sells well in your establishment, making recommendations and developing strategies to help you pick appropriate products to start with. We will do what we can to help focus your efforts and ensure your new line of custom branded spirits sells well.

The next major step is to create a design for your new line of spirits. Our graphic design team will consult with you to create product labels using your existing marks, or create a new mark specifically for your spirit line. Whichever route you choose to take will depend on your specific needs and customer targets, but we will use our experience to assist you in determining a design direction and the best way to connect with your customers.

Once we have a design direction, our designers will develop labels for you at no cost. We will continue to design and tweak labels until you are completely happy with the result. Only when we have your approval on the final design will we move on to the next steps.

Once the basic elements of product selection and label design are in place, we will submit your label for regulatory approval at both the federal and state level. The Alcohol Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is the federal regulatory body of distilled spirits, and typically takes about 6 weeks to process a label approval request (called a “COLA”). States vary in their level of scrutiny, with some approving automatically and concurrently with the TTB, while others require an additional level of approval.

No matter the case, we will manage the entire approvals process for you, ensuring you are not bothered by the regulatory red tape.

By federal and state law, the alcohol industry is divided into three tiers (producers, distributors, and retailers), restricting sales and purchases among the levels. This means that a producer, such as Terressentia, can only sell to a distributor, who in turn sells to you, the retailer.

But you need not worry about this, as after we have obtained regulatory approval for your spirits’ labels, we will arrange for a wholesale distributor in your state to begin honoring your purchase orders at the guaranteed price agreed upon at the start of this process. Terressentia has established relationships with distributors across the country to ensure the smoothest possible experience in delivery of your new line of spirits.

We get creative in this stage, helping you figure out the best way to present and sell your brand to guests without it feeling like a "hard sell."
